Requirements for the suppliers
You confirm that you and / or all producers are certified according to the above standards or according to the GFSI recognized standard.

Social standard

Food Fraud
There is a documented risk analysis for assessing food fraud for all raw materials, packaging materials and outsourced processes. Methods of control and monitoring are defined and implemented. All employees are demonstrably instructed in relation to their activities in relation to food fraud or in the event of significant changes to the food fraud program.

Food Defense
You confirm that a hazard analysis and assessment of the associated risks for product protection has been carried out and documented. On the basis of this evaluation and based on legal requirements, security-critical areas are identified and protected. The hazard analysis and assessment of the associated product protection risks are reviewed annually or when changes affect the integrity of the products. A suitable system for dealing with abnormalities has been defined and its effectiveness is regularly checked. Documents are available on request. Our Company has named a responsible person for Food Defense. All employees are demonstrably instructed on a job-related basis with regard to the safety of products or significant changes to the product protection program.

Traceability
They ensure the traceability of the goods in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002. To ensure traceability, all packaging supplied must be marked with the GGN number of the relevant producer. If goods are packaged by several producers, the GLN of the processing company must be indicated on the transport packaging in connection with the abbreviation "GLN". In the event of an emergency or a callback, you ensure that all relevant documents are made available within 4 hours.

Organic products must comply with the regulations of Regulation (EU) No. 889/2008 and (EU) No. 2018/848. With regard to the regulation of imports of organic products from third countries, compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No. 1235/2008 must be guaranteed.

HACCP
A fully implemented, systematic and comprehensible product safety management system in accordance with HACCP principles is anchored in your company, which is based on the principles of the Codex Alimentarius.

Packing material
The packaging used complies with European regulations (Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and No. 10/2011, No. 2023/2006 and No. 2022/1616 and is suitable for the purpose. The packaging materials have no adverse effect on the products. In accordance with EC regulation No. 2023/2006, the products do not come into contact with printed or colored inner surfaces. All food packaging is traceable in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004. You undertake to provide declarations of conformity and specification information within 24 hours. When importing packaging materials made of wood and pallet wood, the materials supplied comply with ISPM 15 (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures). Wood from third countries has been heat-treated and labeled (HT = hot treatment).

Packaging act / licensing and registration obligation
As a manufacturer and / or importer of packaging that is subject to system participation, you are registered with the Central Packaging Register with your master data in the LUCID packaging register in accordance with the Packaging Act, and you are licensed for a dual system. The quantity reports must be submitted identically to both offices, so ensure that they are returned and recycled properly. No products may be delivered whose packaging has not been properly and timely registered in accordance with the Packaging Act. Further information at www.verpackungsregister.org Furthermore, all packaging materials with paper, wood or cellulose components must meet at least one of the following criteria :
Chain of custody certification (CoC) by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®), or
Chain of Custody Certification (CoC) through the Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC)

Labelling
The labeling of your products complies with EU standards, the legal provisions on filling quantities and their control are observed.

Level control
The criteria of the prepackaging regulation are complied with, even with loose goods. Drying losses are not taken into account when goods are received.

Mineral oil components in packaging material
To avoid contamination of the products with mineral oil components (MOSH, MOAH), the following measures should be taken: Avoidance of food containers made of recycled paper / cardboard, use of fresh fibers for paper production, use of mineral oil-free printing inks and adhesives, use of migration-optimized packaging with the help of barriers, Exchange of packaging material for imported goods. The following guide values apply to mineral oil residues:

The residues of MOSH / MOAH in the food are to be kept as low as possible (minimization requirement). The supplier / biller carries out his own analyzes to monitor the orientation values, evaluates them and, if necessary, initiates measures that lead to a reduction in backlogs.

Product specifications
The delivered products correspond to the EU marketing standards ((EU) No 1308/2013, No. 543/2011, No. 1234/2007), if no marketing form is available, the UN / ECE standards. Maximum residue levels / pesticides
You also confirm that the stipulated standards and maximum quantities of pesticides are complied with in the manufacture of the products supplied, in accordance with the EU-harmonized maximum residue levels of Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005. For all areas in which the EU-VO does not apply, the German RHmV continues to apply. Analyzes must be carried out by accredited (ISO 17025) laboratories and the analysis results can be presented on request. The delivered products comply with the assessment values of the Federal Office for Consumer Protection and Food Safety. Only active ingredients in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 for the treatment of fruit and vegetable products that are manufactured outside the EU are used. Upon request, it must be possible to submit records of the use of all pesticides for a product supplied since the sowing / beginning of flowering within 48 hours without any changes to the content.

Residue analysis
You confirm that you have chemical residue analysis carried out and evaluated by an independent, external test laboratory according to a risk-oriented test plan, which considers the product, the origin and the quantities. Legal violations and breaches of customer specifications must be reported immediately. Analyzes of the delivered products can be made available on request.

Post-harvest treatments
You confirm that only approved post-harvest treatment agents are used in production and are labeled in accordance with the legal requirements (Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008). Please inform us of all post-harvest treatments without being asked.

Microbiology

Genetic engineering
You also confirm that, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1829 and No. 1830/2003 on genetically modified foods and traceability, you do not supply any products that contain or consist of genetically modified organisms.

Irradiation
The delivered products must not have been treated with ionizing radiation (Directive 1999/2 / EC, Directive 1999/3 / EC).

Quaternary ammonium compounds
They confirm that no agents are used that contain quaternary ammonium compounds (BAC - benzalkonium chloride, DDAC - didecyldimethylammonium chloride) and that measures are taken to prevent the products from being contaminated by QAV. The maximum residue level is currently 0.1 mg / kg, if evidence is above this value, the goods are no longer marketable.

Contaminants
For contaminants in food, the specified maximum quantities of the currently valid version of Regulation (EC) No. 1881/2006, No. 629/2008, as well as the Additive Admissions Ordinance apply. Mercury must meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005. Individual regulations for contaminants are shown separately. The supplier / biller is obliged to regularly inspect his goods to this effect as part of his duty of care.

Prohibition of substances that are toxic to bees in fresh fruit and vegetables
The following active ingredients may no longer be used in the cultivation of fruit and vegetables in Germany: Chlorpyrifos, Clothianidin, Cypermethrin (with the exception of alpha-cypermethrin), Deltamethrin, Fipronil, Imidacloprid, Sulfoxaflor and Thiamethoxam.

Chlorate
In the case of chlorate, a toxicological assessment of the risk must be carried out. For this purpose, the current ARfD value is to be used and the percentage utilization is stated in the assessment. The supplier is obliged to analyze and minimize the entry routes for chlorate.

Transport
During transport, Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 is complied with, food / non-food products are not transported at the same time, the loading areas must be cleaned before loading. The specified transport temperatures must be observed and documented. The delivered goods must be protected against access by unauthorized third parties. When commissioning forwarding agents to transport the goods, you ensure that the service provider is given all the necessary information and that the service provider implements the requirements.
